No tools. No drilling. No straps flapping around your blade.
STEP 1
PEEL
Pull the backing off the cold-rated adhesive mount. Each pod is about the size of a key fob and weighs next to nothing.
STEP 2
STICK IT UNDER THE BOOT
Press the pod onto the flat black base inside the blade-holder gap, LEDs facing straight down. Hold 30 seconds. It never touches the blade — and nothing on the ice can knock it off.
STEP 3
CLICK. OWN THE ICE.
Tap the remote and the pod fires a pool of light onto the ice beneath you — icy white, blue, cyan, red, green, purple or gold. IP68 sealed, freeze-proof, USB-C rechargeable.

Did not fall off — not once
I was sure these would pop off the first time I hit a rut. Two hours of outdoor skating, a bunch of hard stops, and they're still locked under the boot exactly where I stuck them. The glow pooling on the ice at night is unreal.

No. The pod snaps into the protected gap between the boot and the blade holder — the one spot on a skate that never touches the ice or the boards — and locks on with a cold-rated adhesive mount. Press it firmly for 30 seconds, give it 10 minutes to set, and it stays put through hard stops and crossovers.

Yes — hockey, figure and recreational skates. BladeLit mounts on the flat black base under the boot, inside the blade-holder gap, so it works with any skate that has that gap (almost all of them). It never attaches to the blade itself.

IP68 sealed and freeze-proof. Slush, snow, wet ice and sub-zero rinks are exactly what it's built for. Wipe the pods dry when you're done and you're good.

Each pod is USB-C rechargeable and runs for roughly 2–4 hours per charge depending on the brightness and mode you pick — enough for a full public skate or a night on the pond. Both cables are in the box; a full charge takes about an hour.
